We operate with fairly low stocks of each item, and usually have few restocks, so if you're looking for an item in a specific range we advise you not to wait too long!

We endeavour to keep our stock as up to date as possible, but it may happen that certain items you have ordered are no longer available.

We will then contact you to offer you either an alternative product or a refund for the item concerned as soon as possible using the payment method you used to pay for your order (credit to your bank card or PayPal account).
