Prices

Metropolitan France: from €5.50 incl. VAT via Mondial Relais and €6.50 incl. VAT by Colissimo home delivery.
Europe: delivery possible via Mondial Relais and Colissimo International.
Worldwide (countries outside mainland France and Europe): from €24 including tax by Colissimo International.
Free delivery for purchases over €80 in mainland France (excluding orders placed on the Seconde Vie website).

Delivery

The Customer is delivered by the carrier selected at the time of ordering. Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form. The Customer must verify the completeness and accuracy of the information provided to Bindi Atelier. Bindi Atelier can not be held responsible for any errors in data entry and the consequences in terms of delay or error in delivery. In this context, all costs incurred for the reshipment of the order will be entirely borne by the Customer. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.

If the parcel tracking service of our carriers indicates that the parcel has been delivered, but that the Customer has not received the parcel, the Customer will have to make a search/claim with the commercial services of the carrier, but in no case will Bindi Atelier be held responsible for the loss or theft of the parcel, and no compensation or reshipment will be possible.

Shipping times

Orders placed online via the Site are collected every day from Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 working days.

In the event that the processing time for orders is exceptionally extended, the Customer will be notified at the time the order is placed. An e-mail is automatically sent to the Customer when the products are dispatched, provided that the e-mail address given on the registration form is correct.

Delivery times

Transport times are estimated at between 2 and 5 working days from dispatch of the parcel in mainland France and Europe. An estimate of the cost of delivery is calculated according to the country of delivery before the basket is validated. These costs are definitively confirmed before the final validation of the order. Bindi Atelier is not responsible for any delays in delivery once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

Returns & exchanges

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a right of withdrawal that can be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the order. Exchange and return costs are at the customer's expense.

Here is the returns procedure:

1. CONTACT FORM: Go to the contact form to submit your returns request to customer service. Or connect directly to your customer area to generate a returns request. You can also download and print the returns form here.

2. PREPARE AND SHIP YOUR PARCEL: Place the delivery or returns note in the parcel, specifying the products being returned. The returned products must be intact, in perfect condition for resale, and in their original packaging. They must not have been worn or used. Any product that is damaged, incomplete or whose original packaging has deteriorated will not be reimbursed. Be sure to keep proof of return (e.g. a tracking number from La Poste).

4. REFUNDS: As soon as we receive the item, we will proceed with the refund via the payment method used when the order was placed. In the case of a gift, we can generate a credit note.

Here is the exchange procedure:

If you wish to make an exchange (subject to stock availability), please contact us at customer service to give us the details of the exchange: name, order number and the product for which you wish to make an exchange. We will send the new item at our expense.

Right of Withdrawal

Not satisfied with your order? You have 14 days to change your mind, no reason required.

As a consumer within the European Union, you benefit from a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from the date you receive your order.
This right applies without you having to provide a reason and without penalty. In accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673, Bindi Atelier offers you a simple way to exercise it.

We will reply as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal request. Upon receiving your return, we will process the refund using the payment method used when placing the order.
